As a Senior Consultant at Wise Workplace Solutions, Amanda has worked closely with clients from a range of industries including government, education, health, logistics, finance and retail.
She has a strong legal background, having practiced as an Employment Lawyer and in house at a range of organisations including not-for-profit and global entities. Amanda has a particular specialisation in initial assessments and workplace investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct.
Amanda is a practical thinker, clear communicator and is highly regarded for her ability to provide pragmatic recommendations tailored to the needs of her clients, and the realities and sensitivities of their workplaces.
Amanda has more than a decade of legal and non-legal workplace relations experience. In addition to her experience with clients of Wise Workplace Solutions, Amanda has practised employment law at leading Australian law firm, Hall & Wilcox.
She also has worked in-house at a range of organisations, from a small not-for-profit to large global organisations in Australia and the UK, including BUPA, Monash University and Prudential.
