Bianca Friedman

Bianca undertakes workplace investigations and initial assessments/reviews for Wise Workplace Solutions clients across a wide range of industries, including education, government, finance and health, as well as on behalf of law firms.

As a Senior Consultant, Bianca Friedman assists employers to navigate workplace issues by both assessing and mitigating risks and ensuring practical solutions are at the forefront of her advice. She has extensive experience conducting complex workplace investigations, including in relation to whistle-blower protection legislation, and complaints involving senior executives.

Bianca is highly regarded for her ability to combine strong analytical skills and clear communication with an approach that ensures the sensitive management of the concerns and stresses of all parties involved.

Bianca Friedman has more than a decade of workplace relations experience (legal and non-legal) including practicing in top tier law firm, King & Wood Mallesons as an Employment Lawyer, before advising in house as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist.

Her in-depth understanding of managing workplace issues includes an understanding of the highly regulated and fast-paced financial services sector, having spent six years working in house at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and ANZ Bank.
