Gillian McKenzie

Gillian works closely with Wise Workplace Solutions’ clients across a wide range of industries including government, finance, higher education, health, transport and logistics. She takes a forensic approach to evidence and has successfully undertaken a range of workplace investigations and reviews involving the analysis of large volumes of complex data.

She is also highly regarded for her understanding and respectful approach during the course of investigations, reviews and mediations, ensuring that they are always conducted sensitively, fairly and in a timely manner.

Gillian has more than 20 years of legal and non-legal workplace relations experience. While practicing law, she worked as an Employment Lawyer with leading law firms, including as a Senior Associate with Herbert Smith Freehills. She also undertook a number of secondments, providing practical and strategic in-house employment and legal advice to clients in the financial services and investment management space.
