ABOUT Melanie Francese

Melanie, a highly regarded Senior Consultant, has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including government, finance and insurance, higher education, health and manufacturing since joining Wise Workplace Solutions in 2019.

She brings a wealth of Human Resources, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience advising on both highly unionised and non-unionised, as well as white collar workforces in large and diverse organisations.

Melanie quickly builds strong and trusting relationships with her clients and is highly regarded for her ability to follow a meticulous investigative process which balances the needs of the organisation and the parties involved.

Professional Background

Melanie Francese has more than two decades of human resources and workplace relations experience. 

In addition to Melanie’s experience with clients of Wise Workplace Solutions, she has worked with several leading listed entities including Myer, Coles Group and General Motors Holden.  

Her experience includes the development and execution of large scale restructuring, change and talent management initiatives as well as complex workplace relations matters.
