As a Senior Consultant at Wise Workplace Solutions, Rachael Howard works closely with both public and private sector clients to conduct complex end-to-end investigations.
Rachael has extensive experience in successfully investigating a variety of issues, including physical assault, sexual harassment, bullying and harassment and general matters of inappropriate workplace conduct.
Rachael is highly regarded by clients for her ability to analyse and triage complex and lengthy workplace complaints, to enable clients to determine the most appropriate way to address such complaints.
Rachael is also a highly skilled and qualified mediator who has consistently achieved successful and sustainable resolutions to workplace conflict between parties.
Having previously worked with the Department of Justice and Regulation, Victoria Police, Department of Primary Industries and Environment and the Department of Education, Rachael has an in-depth working knowledge of the public sector which has enabled her to successfully meet their investigation and conflict resolution needs.

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Australian Catholic University) and a Master of Employee and Workplace Relations (Monash University). She has also completed a Certificate III in Investigative Services (Australian Security Academy) along with a Diploma of Public Relations (RMIT).
