Romy brings a unique mix of legal and commercial experience to her role as a Senior Consultant at Wise Workplace Solutions. She advises clients across a range of industries including health, manufacturing, education and government, on misconduct investigations and workplace culture reviews.
Romy’s extensive in-house experience advising on commercial, legal and operational issues, coupled with her experience as an employment lawyer and as an investigator, has given her unique insights into workplace culture, and enabled her to develop a strong practice in cultural reviews. When advising in this capacity, Romy is able to give clients a clear perspective on issues that may be impacting performance and wellbeing, and develop a roadmap so they can address any challenges identified during these reviews.

Romy Klein has more than 20 years’ experience in employment law and providing commercial and pragmatic solutions to complex workplace relations issues.
She has a diverse career background, including practicing as an Employment Lawyer at leading firms in this field, including Clayton Utz, and as a legal advisor for Spotless Group. She also held a strategic sales and operations role with Axiom Global Inc, one of the world’s leading alternative legal services providers prior to joining Wise Workplace Solutions in 2016.
