ABOUT Sheila John

As a Senior Consultant, Sheila works on a range of multifaceted and sensitive matters for large private and public sector organisations.

Since joining Wise Workplace Solutions in 2016, Sheila has successfully undertaken workplace investigations for clients across industries including government, health, and retail.

Sheila conducts workplace investigations, assessments and reviews, with a meticulous and forensic approach to evidence collection and consideration, underpinned by her extensive legal expertise. Clients value her strong commitment to high quality and timeliness in the delivery of her investigation reports.

She regularly advises on and conducts workplace investigations into claims of bullying, harassment, serious misconduct, discrimination, forgery and fraud. She also has particular expertise in the health sector, having spent many years advising doctors and hospitals on medical negligence claims.

Professional Background

Sheila John has a strong legal background, coupled with extensive litigation experience. Having advised as a Senior Lawyer at several prominent law firms she has helped clients navigate all aspects of legal cases – from mediation through to litigation and pre-trial strategic direction, and running large complex trials (including instructing barristers).

Her experience includes advising DuluxGroup and the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.
