ABOUT Som Leung

Som has worked as a workplace investigator and an employment law advisor for a wide range of employers across the Asia-Pacific region over the last twenty years, including investment banks, professional services firms, pharmaceutical companies, public sector organisations and not-for-profit entities.

Organisations value Som’s deep legal expertise and the practical and empathetic approach that he brings to resolving workplace issues. Som understands the importance of the cultural and operating environment of workplaces, whilst not losing sight of the important details that shape each investigation and dispute.
