Janet provides advice on all aspects of the employment cycle and has a particular passion for helping clients to navigate workplace conflict.

Having acted for employees and employers and worked as in an in-house lawyer at the national workplace relations tribunal, the Fair Work Commission, Janet brings a wealth of experience to navigating workplace issues.

Janet has practised as a senior employment lawyer at the national peak employer association, the Australian Industry Group, and award-winning specialist employment law firm, Justitia Lawyers and Consultants. Janet has also worked as an in-house employee relations advisor at ANZ Bank.
