She also has specialist experience in reportable conduct and child safety investigations and reviews, as well as Board-related matters in both private and public sectors.

Tracey O’Neill has more than 20 years of legal and non-legal workplace relations experience within Australia and an additional 9 years in the UK. In addition to her experience with clients of Wise Workplace Solutions, she has worked as an Employment Lawyer with several leading Australian law firms, including as a Senior Associate at MinterEllison.
